Freelancing is a world full of opportunities, which welcomes everyone to reach up to their potential in due time in life. Technology has changed the lives of so many people around the globe.

The term we used to listen to “globalization or a global village” has produced so many opportunities for today’s generation as compared to the ones like us born in the early ’80s.

Freelancing gives you freedom. You be your own boss and sell your skills on your own terms rather than being paid a fixed amount of cash, monthly in the name of salary.

Like someone said, “Salary is the drug they give you to compromise on your dreams”.

Today’s youth is more empowered with tools & has so many opportunities in hand to improve his life even at a very young age, if somebody tells you that a kid of 21 years of age is a Millionaire then it’ easy to believe because of the advancement in technology in so many ways. In a country like Pakistan, where most of the population is of young age between 25 to 30, we need a good quantity of influencers on the digital, social media platform to divert the attention of this youth towards productive activities.

Teaching them the skills which can benefit them as well as their families & society. Such skillful youth will bring a lot of revenue to the country.

Which is a wonderful thing for our collapsed economy. I am of the opinion to teach freelancing as a separate subject in technical schools, in private and in the government sector.

Future belongs to E-commerce, the conventional market will lose its strength & charm with passaging time. D

digitalization is the only way forward to overcome jobs issues by empowering the youth with the skills required for freelancing.

To compete with the international market, we have a long way to go & a lot of work to do considering other competitors like India they are the largest software exporters in recent times reason behind this is their approach towards empowering their youth with digital skills India is a country with a huge population like China & are doing wonders.

But if we provide the right skills, direction to the youth, manpower we have in Pakistan, we surely can change the future.

Our future is in our hands. It’s up to us to empower our youth with the required digital skills to compete with the rest of the world, and that is the need of the hour.

No doubt social media influencers are doing a great job. Keep up the good work buddies. All your efforts are commendable.
